Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Telepov. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Streamers must complete identity verification (KYC) before going live and earning.

3. The service

Telepov lets viewers watch real people stream their live point of view from a map, message and interact with them, and spend credits; and lets streamers go live and earn. Availability, features, and pricing may change.

4. Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable, illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content or behaviour, and no tolerance for abusive users. You agree not to broadcast, send, or request such content.

You are solely responsible for the content you stream, send, or request. You must have the right to share anything you broadcast, and must not violate anyone's privacy, safety, or intellectual-property rights.

We provide tools to report and block other users. Reports are reviewed and we aim to act on violations promptly (target: within 24 hours). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

5. Credits, payments and payouts

Credits are a virtual currency used inside Telepov to watch streams and interact. Credits are purchased through the App Store / Google Play and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Streamers earn from viewers and may request payouts subject to our payout terms, minimums, and verification. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, impersonate, or use Telepov for unlawful purposes. Do not stream in situations that are unsafe or illegal.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these Terms or the law, or to protect users. We may cooperate with authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

Telepov and its software, design, and trademarks belong to Telepov Inc. You keep the rights to content you create, but grant Telepov the licence needed to operate and deliver the service (e.g. relaying your live stream to viewers).

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Telepov is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telepov Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by law.

Telepov relies on third-party networks and providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Telepov and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Telepov Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
